Enhanced Online Access to Real Estate Records

LandShark is a web-based tool for research and retrieval of land record documents.  With LandShark, you can search for land record documents, and if the document is available on our system, you can actually view and print the document image from your own computer.

A Clearwater County Enhanced Remote Access Agreement and Escrow Request Form (see appropriate tabs above) must be, signed, returned and applicable fees paid, before remote access service will be granted.  Please contact our office if you need assistance at 218-694-6129.
